Cartago: El Guarco, San Isidro, Carretera Interamericana, km 63, Madreselva, Truchas Selva Madre, 9°40'34.4"N 83°52'25.2"W, 2571 m, epífitas en potreros arbolados en bosque pluvial montano, Daniel Matamoros invenit, floreció en cultivo en el Jardín Botánico Lankester, 7 April 2011, D.
